Well, I have things to actually talk about instead of posting about my new guitar tab, or something. Most of the time, I've been recording things. More musicality but it's still very experimental. Still sound collages and walls of guitar feedback, but there's more "songlike" things combined with those instead of being separated. It's come to bit of a halt though. I'm currently, as of writing this, waiting for new drum hardware. Once that comes, I'll be back to recording weird shit like I normally do.
I updated the site a fair bit so it looks a lot nicer. No more is that Burger King Foot Lettuce start page, because now you can get to the site much quicker. It's a tad bit easier to get to the actual pages of the site too. It's just a little list on the front page for what actually exists here. Of course, I'm not a web designer by any means, I don't really know a lot, but I think it looks alright. And I did it without those stupid fucking site generators like Wix or Squarespace. Fuck those.
The music page has been fully overhauled. Instead of being a little text list of releases, it has the actual art and each release has it's own page. You can stream it from there too! Thanks to Webamp (a web implementation of Winamp) you can listen to it right on this site! The audio is hosted from the Internet Archive, but regardless, it's much better than what was there previously. Which was basically nothing at all in comparison to this. Regardless of if Bandcamp dies, my stuff will always be here.
In 2026 I plan on not releasing much if anything when it comes to music. I want to keep that private as it might morph into a genuine thing rather than just weird experiments for the sake of it. But I'll probably keep ocassionally posting things. Will there be a schedule for it? Oh, absolutely not. It'll stay just like this where I just randomly post whatever I want. Since I'm really not into social media, you still won't find me there. I think social media in of itself is quite abusive to its users and is almost like a drug, so to speak. It's all about a constant feedback loop of consumption instead of creating something that actually has some worth instead of being meaningless slop meant to just catch people's attention.
